I am an avid gardner when it is convenient. I am not so good with the disciplined maintenance, but I love the beginning. Here are a few shots of the lucky patch of earth that donned the product of my efforts.

Hey! I planted some of those! I had borrowed the red truck to haul some bark chips to Marha's home. I commented on her irises and she let us take different varieties from her garden. I got the chives then too, and put them outside your window, adjacent to the strawberry patch (which hides beneath grass most of the time) A good memory :-)
But you probably don't remember that. Remembering things was never your strong point ~
